STEP 1
Hand washes your exfoliating mitt thoroughly with hot water only. Do not use any soap or other products on the exfoliating mitt or on your body. Softening your body is key to peeling so give it at least 5-10 minutes under hot water.
STEP 2
Once the exfoliating mitt is fully wet; place your hand inside. Move away from the water; firmly glide the glove up and down to peel away the dead skin. Avoid eye area and any sensitive area.
STEP 3
Rinse your body underwater and let go of all the dead skins away. If you wish to apply soap or shower gel make sure to apply gently. After showering; please apply body lotion for superior results!.
